Absolutely - personalisation is at the heart of what we do. On our Custom Message Broekies, your message is written directly on top in white chocolate letters. Up to 3 rows of text, max 7 characters per row. You choose exactly what it says when you place your order.

For standard orders, placing your order 2–3 business days before your required delivery date is ideal. For large or corporate orders, we recommend at least 5–7 business days. Around peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), we strongly suggest ordering 1–2 weeks ahead to guarantee availability and on-time delivery. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, so please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Whether you're sending to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, or a small town in the Karoo we've got you covered. Delivery rates and estimated times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We ship your order the next business day after it is placed. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days nationwide. If you selected a preferred delivery date at checkout, we will do our best to get your order to you on that day. Orders placed without a date are treated as ASAP and shipped out as soon as possible. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your broekies arrive in perfect condition.

We take packaging seriously. Every Broekie. box is designed to protect its contents during transit with snug inserts, protective layers, and sturdy outer packaging. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right immediately.

We have a growing range of gluten-free and dairy-free options. Each product listing clearly displays allergen information. If you have a specific dietary concern or are gifting someone with an allergy, please reach out to us before ordering and we will guide you to the safest options. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Our broekies are best enjoyed within 7–10 days of receiving them. Each box is labelled with a best-before date. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required but may extend freshness in warmer climates just bring them to room temperature before enjoying for the best flavour.
