Pick a Broekie, write your message on top (or choose a ready made one), then pick your flavour, your extra, a card and (if you need it) your delivery date, and check out. For large or corporate orders, get in touch and we will handle everything for you.

Yes. Your message goes on top in chocolate letters. A Large fits 3 lines of 7, 8 and 7 letters. A Small fits 2 lines of 5 and 6. Want to say more? Add a handwritten card for R35, with up to 150 characters.

If you need it on a certain day, pick that date when you order. We add a R40 handling fee so it gets baked, packed and sent in time to arrive on that day. We do our very best, but we can't guarantee it. Cape Town, Durban and outlying areas: add an extra day so it gets there on time. If you don't pick a date, it goes standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days after it ships, so not same day or next day. For large or corporate orders, get in touch first.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Whether you're sending to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, or a small town in the Karoo, we've got you covered. Delivery rates and estimated times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Every Broekie is baked fresh after you order. Standard orders go to our courier as soon as they're baked and arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. They are not same day or next day. You get a tracking number the moment it ships. If you picked a delivery date, we plan the bake around it and do our very best to get it to you on the day. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Broekie arrives in perfect condition.

We take packaging seriously. Every Broekie box is packed to protect it in transit, with snug inserts, protective layers and a sturdy outer box. If it arrives severely damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

We don't change our recipes, so we can't do sugar free, vegan, gluten free or dairy free. Every Broekie contains gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. The only things with nuts are the Nutella KitKat flavour and the Ferrero Rocher topping, so leave those out if nuts are a worry. Everything is made in one kitchen, so all our Broekies may contain traces of nuts. Gifting someone with an allergy? Ask us before you order.

Well past 14 days. You can also freeze it. Before serving, follow the care card in the box.
